The mainstream media remain silent, they dare not report, even though Sir James Munby, president of the family division gave the green light for journalists to have access to courts and judgments.\r\n\r\nLIFT THE BAN, AND EXPOSE THE TRUTH...WHAT ARE YOU AFRAID OF?","committee_note":null,"state":"rejected","signature_count":1,"created_at":"2015-01-19T11:27:05.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:30:29.595Z","rejected_at":"2017-06-21T12:45:56.892Z","opened_at":null,"closed_at":null,"moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2015-01-19T11:27:05.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":{"code":"no-action","details":null},"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":26440,"links":{"self":"https://preview.epetitions.website/archived/petitions/26440.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"Jobseekers Allowance should be paid back after getting a job.","background":null,"additional_details":"As the money given to students whilst in education has to be paid back in installments, once a job has been found, it seems logical that Jobseekers Allowance should follow this principle, there should be no such thing as \"free money.\" Once the person finds a job, a percentage of their salary should be returned to the Governement, they should give back to the country that helped them.","committee_note":null,"state":"rejected","signature_count":1,"created_at":"2011-12-29T05:19:10.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:27:46.211Z","rejected_at":"2017-06-21T12:37:13.683Z","opened_at":null,"closed_at":null,"moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2011-12-29T05:19:10.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":{"code":"duplicate","details":null},"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":20010,"links":{"self":"https://preview.epetitions.website/archived/petitions/20010.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"Donate unsold supermarket magazines/comics to local schools.","background":null,"additional_details":"Tens of thousands of unsold children's magazines and comics are being returned every month by supermarkets to publishers whereupon they are shredding and pulping copies which could be read in local primary and secondary schools and libraries.\r\n\r\nChildren's comics/ sports magazines are a useful tool to encourage and enthuse younger readers, especially boys who feel marginalised in school libraries which often don't stock their preferred genre.\r\n\r\nCarbon emissions are also wasted from transporting this bulk up and down the UK when alternatively this could be donated to local schools and once they have finished with them could be recycled in their own paper facilities on site.
