New smart phones should have applications built in to block numbers before they can be sold in the UK. The horses obviously struggle at the high, uneven jumps resulting in them falling and injuring themselves. Both horses which were killed in the 2012 race both fell at the Becher's Brook fence. This fence is too high for the horses and has an unexpected drop at the other side, causing the horses to lose balance and fall. This needs to be changed. The maximum number of horses that are allowed to race in the Grand National is 40. Watching the race it is quite obvious that this is too many. At the jumps they all fall into one another and if one falls, the horse behind it falls too. This also needs to be changed.\r\nPlease sign this petition to lower the height of the jumps and the number of horses allowed to take part in the race. Putin’s inauguration, thousands of ordinary citizens across Russia have been exercising their basic human right of assembly by gathering peacefully in public places in a quiet and orderly manner. They are chased through the streets of Moscow in an unprovoked, forceful response from the state police. Hundreds of peacefully assembling people have been detained on unlawful grounds and some of them were convicted to prison sentences in unfair trials.\r\n\r\nWe demand that Russian state officials, who are responsible for breaching the right of freedom of movement and assembly in public places across Russian cities and are in charge of the unprovoked use of force against peaceful citizens, be refused entry into the UK until such time as the basic human right to peaceful assembly has been restored in the Russian Federation. This includes attendance of the major event of peace and equality to be held in just two months in London - the Olympic Games. Howard's descendants built Arundel R.C Cathedral, in a French Gothic style of the 14th century, which Richard would have recognised. We believe that he would choose Arundel for reinterment, given that both Leicester & York are now Anglican foundations.
