As a sufferer myself we can apply for \" Can't Wait\" cards which should give us access to the toilets on the premises to which we are at as we have to go immediately. These cards need to be made obligatory, I am a member of the a Crohns group and it appears that many of us have had accidents on premises which could have been avoided if only we had been given access to the toilets. This is a very embarrassing disease at times and it's just a small ask and would help us Crohnies lives be so much better knowing we will have access to toilets and therefore we could leave our homes more and not be in fear of going out should the inevitable happens.","committee_note":null,"state":"rejected","signature_count":1,"created_at":"2014-11-22T20:49:53.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:30:24.242Z","rejected_at":"2017-06-21T12:45:39.212Z","opened_at":null,"closed_at":null,"moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2014-11-22T20:49:53.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":{"code":"duplicate","details":"See 'Make it mandatory for public companies and services to allow access to toilets for IBD sufferers in reciept of CCUK's \"Can't wait card\"'"},"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":32444,"links":{"self":"https://preview.epetitions.website/archived/petitions/32444.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"BBC Radio 2 presenters","background":null,"additional_details":"Please make the BBC get rid of Chris Evans and keep Richard Madeley on the Radio 2 morning spot as Chris Evans does nothing but talk rubbish the whole time he is on air..","committee_note":null,"state":"rejected","signature_count":1,"created_at":"2012-04-02T07:56:33.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:28:05.430Z","rejected_at":"2017-06-21T12:38:16.619Z","opened_at":null,"closed_at":null,"moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2012-04-02T07:56:33.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":{"code":"irrelevant","details":null},"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":32446,"links":{"self":"https://preview.epetitions.website/archived/petitions/32446.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"Stop the use of a endoscope to check box or tube sections of the chassis members of classic cars.","background":null,"additional_details":"Some classic cars have that have chassis tubes as part of their chassis, is an integral part of the breaking system, therefore drilling a hole for an endoscope will undermine this system.","committee_note":null,"state":"rejected","signature_count":1,"created_at":"2012-04-02T08:25:06.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:28:05.438Z","rejected_at":"2017-06-21T12:38:16.645Z","opened_at":null,"closed_at":null,"moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2012-04-02T08:25:06.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":{"code":"no-action","details":"It would be helpful to potential signatories to an e-petition on this topic if it explained the circumstances in which an endoscope would be used.
