A lot of GPs will come out to see patients, but we need to work together with healthcare professionals from GP and out of hour services to produce a 24 hour service responding to non-emergencies while Paramedics and Technicians are available to react to emergencies. The Ambulance Service has a triage system in place that classes calls according to their urgency, we need the life threatening emergencies responded to by ambulances, and the non-emergencies should receive care at their door from a new Non-Emergency Medical Service. This way, more ambulances will be available to go to the emergency calls and save lives.","committee_note":null,"state":"closed","signature_count":7,"created_at":"2011-08-12T10:30:13.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:26:52.076Z","rejected_at":null,"opened_at":"2011-08-15T11:52:38.000Z","closed_at":"2012-08-15T11:52:38.000Z","moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2011-08-12T10:30:13.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":null,"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":19236,"links":{"self":"https://preview.epetitions.website/archived/petitions/19236.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"mobile phone blockers in prisons","background":null,"additional_details":"Everyday there is new reports of prisoner's on Facebook boasting about what they have done, what they are going to do and putting victims and their families through hell.\r\n\r\nA few prisoners have admitted spending up to 20hrs a week on Facebook via iPhone's and other mobile devices however if they broke the law then surely they relinquished their rights to such privileges?\r\n\r\nMobile phone blockers should be installed in every single prison across the UK to prevent criminals from hounding society from behind bars, they seem to forget, along with the judges that they took someone else's rights away.","committee_note":null,"state":"closed","signature_count":7,"created_at":"2011-10-14T16:39:27.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:27:22.956Z","rejected_at":null,"opened_at":"2011-10-17T09:27:14.000Z","closed_at":"2012-10-17T09:27:14.000Z","moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2011-10-14T16:39:27.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":null,"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":19260,"links":{"self":"https://preview.epetitions.website/archived/petitions/19260.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"A5 Towcester By Pass","background":null,"additional_details":"The main A5 which goes through the centre of Towcester is gradually becoming a gridlock for both public transport, and essential services.\r\nIf an accident occurs on the M1 betweeen junctions 15A and 14 .\r\nThe Town of Towcester is subject to traffic volumes which the main street has to take in with its narrow roadway ","committee_note":null,"state":"closed","signature_count":7,"created_at":"2011-10-15T06:03:05.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:27:23.042Z","rejected_at":null,"opened_at":"2011-12-15T10:51:34.000Z","closed_at":"2012-06-15T09:51:34.000Z","moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2011-10-15T06:03:05.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":null,"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":10500,"links":{"self":"https://preview.epetitions.website/archived/petitions/10500.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"better support for disabled people who are victims of anti-social behaviour and bullying","background":null,"additional_details":"it is true to say that people with disabilities stand out and are often victims of anti-social behaviour and bullying.
