Every setting does their planning and observations in a very different way and some methods can be very time consuming. In many settings carers are spending less time with children, and the governments efforts to reduce paperwork may well be in vain.\r\n\r\nI'd like to propose a standard format for planning and observations, covering the planning for individual children, and for whole class activities.\r\n\r\nOne piece of paper a week for each child, and one for whole class work, is all that's needed, and time consuming linking is unnecessary and can be vastly minimised. A nationwide planning format will reduce the work carers have to do and cause children to have more time with their carers. Everybody wins.","committee_note":null,"state":"closed","signature_count":5,"created_at":"2012-05-06T17:14:44.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:28:09.231Z","rejected_at":null,"opened_at":"2012-05-08T13:30:30.000Z","closed_at":"2013-05-08T13:30:30.000Z","moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2012-05-06T17:14:44.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":null,"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":33831,"links":{"self":"https://preview.epetitions.website/archived/petitions/33831.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"Amend legislation to allow Police to properly deal and punish Internet Trolls and enable everyone to be able to afford to prosecute Trolls","background":null,"additional_details":"Cyber-bullying/Trolling needs to be recognised as a serious crime with serious consequences.\r\n\r\nCurrently the Police lack the powers or resources to effectively prosecute Internet Trolls. I propose to cease all MP's wages, renumeration, pension contributions, expenses and allowances unless those e-petitions that are successful are debated in full in their existing wording. Furthermore, they should be debated within the house attended by a minimum of 50% plus 1 of the total MP's who are considered by The Speaker as being able to attend the palace of Westminster. Failure to reach the 50% plus 1 attendance level will also result in the ceasing of ALL renumeration's to ALL MP's","committee_note":null,"state":"closed","signature_count":5,"created_at":"2011-10-13T19:14:04.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:27:22.704Z","rejected_at":null,"opened_at":"2011-10-14T14:07:17.000Z","closed_at":"2012-10-14T14:07:17.000Z","moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2011-10-13T19:14:04.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":null,"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":34808,"links":{"self":"https://preview.epetitions.website/archived/petitions/34808.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"1920 1988 and 1997 firearms acts","background":null,"additional_details":"i belive the 1920 1988 and 1920 firearms acts should be repealed they have done nothing to prevent violent crime or prevent the insane form getting hold\r\nof firearms criminals can still very easily get hold of a firearm i am very happy with the current firearm licencing i do not think it should be changed ","committee_note":null,"state":"closed","signature_count":5,"created_at":"2012-06-10T11:32:56.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:28:12.826Z","rejected_at":null,"opened_at":"2012-06-11T08:27:15.000Z","closed_at":"2013-06-11T08:27:15.000Z","moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2012-06-10T11:32:56.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":null,"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}},{"type":"archived-petition","id":19216,"links":{"self":"https://preview.epetitions.website/archived/petitions/19216.json"},"parliament":{"period":"2010-2015","government":"Conservative – Liberal Democrat coalition","dissolution_at":"2015-03-30T23:59:59.000+01:00","response_threshold":10000,"debate_threshold":100000},"attributes":{"action":"For Real Democracy Against Royal Assent","background":null,"additional_details":"This country promotes itself as a democracy and advocates democracy in other countries across the world, but it is not really one itself.
