For a 2.5 yr delay lose out on £20K in pension and associated benefits.If unemployed or ill are harassed and persecuted but men can just claim pension credit even though 4 years off their retirement age. I think it should be law that when you take your car / hgv licence test, that you should have to take a Compulsory basic training (CBT) course on a cycle on public roads. I think this would greatly decrease the number of deaths on the road for cyclists.
