A Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) is a uniformed non-warranted officer brought out by the 2002 Police Reform Bill. They are ineffective in fighting crime as they have no real powers to prevent or stop crimes. In addition they don't have the: training, skills, qualifications or fitness levels required of real police officers. In addition every PCSO post scrapped should be replace with a real Police qualified police officers to fight against crime in our great nation.
