Would it not also be acceptable to raise Taxes for the employed rioters to 50% regardless of their income? In the event that the under aged rioters have parents or guardians in employment then, this should also be applied to raise Tax by 50% to assist towards the costs to our economy and save money for those of us whom had the good sense to stay at home.
