I would like the government to modify the age limits surrounding Community Payback for antisocial and criminal behaviour.
In addition to Community Payback orders for over 16's, there should be procedures in place where any minors under the age of 16 should perform Community Payback as per the current guidelines and with the supervision of their parent/guardian or an appropriate adult.
