Rejected petition Limit the amount any football club can pay to players in wages

Football clubs are paying excessive amounts of money in wages to playing/coaching staff. This is to the detriment of the game in general.
I believe that action should be taken that would limit the total wage costs (excluding transfer costs) to a maximum of 75% of the clubs gate reciepts.
