Majority of the rioter know they are under age and will get no hard punishment.
They reply on human rights' act to bail them out and think they will suffer no hard punishment.
We should make all rioters clean street and give back to the community. They should be tagged and be made to work and what ever they recieved goes to the government direct.
If they mess up and deliberately refuse, keep on adding community sentence on it. They parent should have their benefit reduce if they fail to help.
make them live on bare essential. they have to be fed but no luxury items. they should be made to work in youth centre not play games and go on excursion
THE GOVERNMENT GIVING THEM LUXURY AND ENTERTAINMENT IN YOUTH CENTRE TO ENCOURAGING THEM TO BE MORE OF AN IDIOT, THEY WILL JUST KEEP ON COMMITING CRIME!
THEY WERENT HUMAN WHEN THEY DAMAGE OUR SOCIETY, WHY ARE THEY RELYING ON HUMAN RIGHTS TO BAIL THEM OUT?
