Any benefits that those convicted are in receipt of for themselves or to parents are to be removed and given to offset the cost of training them.\r\nTraining Personnel: fully mobilising a number of the reserve forces for a 24 month period to train and secure those convicted.\r\nTraining program:\r\nFitness\r\n Social lessons\r\n    Summary\r\nThis is not a short sharp shock, but an opportunit for those convicted of social dis order crimes to re look at them selves as members of society. The aim is to produce young people who understand what society requires of them.
