An offence is committed by any person who:
Obstructs.
Puts in fear of injury.
Causes injury.
To any person whilst on duty in an Emergency Service ( as described below)

Causes damage to any vehicle or equipment - Used or worn by any mentioned service.

Steals any vehicle or equipment, used or worn by any mentioned service.

These offences are also committed by any person inciting another to commit

Emergency Service includes: Fire & Rescue, Police, Ambulance, Coastguard & the HM Forces when required to act as one of the previous mentioned.

Upon conviction: 3 years minimum imprisonment.
