To prevent mis-use of benefit payments. use credit card type paymentts that can only be used for food, clothes and cleaning or other essentials. These cannot be used for phones, jewels, games, cars, films. These items should be earned not given to jobdodgers. Payments should be restricted after a minimum period of benefit so people who lose thier job are not penalised provided they have paid a minimum period of tax. i.e. worked for at least one year, get full money benefit for six months then credit card restricted type thereafter.
