The goverment seems to continually encourage people to breed, but I know of many familys who do so with no intention of ever working for a living.
It is time to stop the child tax benifit system going forward. If you can't afford children why should others pay our hard earned taxes so they can sit at home with 3, 4 or even more children.
We are breeding a generation of people who want to live off the state, and as seen with the recent riots, have no respect for anyone or anything.
