Rejected petition Percentage of National TV charity donations put into health fund

National TV charity funding events such as "Save the Children" etc should channel a percentage of the millions received into a health fund to pay for overseas treatments of UK children who cannot be treated in the UK. Why should families go through the heartache of raising funds locally to get life saving treatment for their children thats not available here.
