All that are arrested and found guilty of any crime commited during the riots should get Compulsory Community service - no exceptions. This should be
along side of any other sentence and be the same for all offenders, regardless of the charge against them.

It has been said they do not feel like part of the community, this will give them a real purpose and they can feel part the community.
