Rejected petition Guilty bankers should should lose all bonuses

Any bankers who made criminally stupid decisions leading to the collapse of banks that were saved by taxpayers money should have all financial bonuses removed. No UK resident should have to contribute directly or indirectly to those who have destroyed thanks, effectively stolen from UK residents and shown a disregard for the country that provides for them.
The Bonuses should be shared by the Citizen's of the UK.
