Rejected petition Cash benefits to be fully or partly replaced by Voucher system

We would like to see the introduction of a voucher system given to benefit claiments, as either a full of part replacement of their current cash benefits.e.g Food vouchers, clothes vouchers, utility vouchers etc. This will help encourarage work as a means of social and material betterment. It would also ensure that benefits meant to support these families/individuals are spent on the essentials rather than luxuries.
