Rejected petition UK Honours such as MBE and Knighthoods

The Queens honours should only go to people who reside in the UK and pay UK tax’s I feel it is wrong for entertainment celebrities and sports personalities to live overseas and not pay into our nations tax system yet are Knights and Dames to me this is wrong. If they wish to have these honours then they must pay tax to this country even if they reside overseas.
