Rejected petition 2 Years National Service for those not in gainful employment or further education

For those under the age of 26 and not in gainful employment or further education 2 years compusary national service must be taken. Until the service is taken there will be no benefits. You serve you earn. This will give young people who have failed or been failed by education a trade, disciplin and sense of worth. If you dont want to do it work hard at school, go to further education or get a job, otherwise one will be provided for you. There will be no requirement to go into conflict, unless the person is willing, there are vast amounts of support services sub contracted, which could be returned to in house management.
