Rejected petition Replace ASBO's with weekend detention

More details

Instead of ASBO's being issued to people who commit anti social behaviour ect. They should attend weekend detention camps run with military discipline. The minimum sentence would be 12 weekends failure to attend will result in the number of weekend being doubled. If that fails then full custodial sentence should replace these weekend camps.
Whilst at the camps these people will learn what effect, their behaviour has on others and also have to do community work.
