Rejected petition Punishment for all public disorder violations to include community service

For individuals (regardless of age) who show a blatant disregard for their local communities, be it through vandalism, theft, or harassment, their sentence should include, but not be limited to, community service. This should include physical labour where there has been damage to community and/or private property. This should be supervised/monitored by a combination of community volunteers, council staff, and representatives of the law enforcement community.
