Petition Tackle Non UK cars, Lorries and other vehciles speeding or not being registered after 6 months

The number of non UK cars, HGV's and other vehicles using our roads and speeding without fear of being caught as there are no entry or exit controls at ports. Vehicles that have speeded and avoided paying fines on a previous UK visit should be dealt with at entry to the UK. Vehicles should also be recorded so those using them in the UK on a permanent basis can be caught and forced to register with the DVLA and pay road tax like everyone else does!
