Rejected petition No benefits for second child

There are children and people on benefits that are getting themself pregnent and having more and more kids just so that can get more benefits so they can have a easy life without working.

First of all if you are on benefits you shouldnt be allowed to have a child. If you cant get a job and afford to feed yourself then you cant aford to rise a kid.

If your out of work you should not be given benefits for a second child. I belive this would stop people having more and more kids that they cant rise properly just so they have more money that they havnt earned
