Petition Voluntary donation tax for legal proceedings & imprisonment of convicted rioting thugs.

We would like to propose a voluntary tax of £10.00 to create a fund to build a new prison or provision any type of punishment for the convicted individuals of the riots. We also propose a clean up service that is manned by the under 16year olds to clean up neighbourhoods for minimum of 6 months with the money used to buy products and pay for the service to be run.
