It has been repeatedly proven that reducing the use of fossil fuels by educating the population on the dangers of climate change are ineffective. The only really effective method is increasing the cost of fuel. It is proposed that fuel duty is increased but this increase is made revenue neutral by the reduction in taxation on other non-polluting goods and services
