Rejected petition Rioters should rebuild what they destroyed

Convicted looters should be sentenced to work as free labor for rebuilding whatever business or homes that were damaged by rioters, they might even learn a skill this way and the ones unemployed could better their chances of getting work. Prison will only train little thugs to be real thugs, as for those whose parents gave ‘shopping lists’ the parents should ether pay for the damages there child caused or do the work in there place.
