Petition THE PARENTS OF ALL CHILREN ATTENDING A COURT OF JUSTICE MUST ATTEND OR BE IN CONTEMPT OF COURT.
More details
All parents of children attending a court will be obliged by law to attend the said court, failure to do so would result in a £1000 fine and or a month in prison. The only acceptable reason for none attendance will be because it is against doctor’s orders. The parent is to be defined as the primary carer or carers. No child shall be allowed to attend a court without their responsible adult being present. The responsible adult will be defined firstly as the parent, then foster parent, adopted parent, care home attendant or as a last resort some one appointed by the court. Failure for anyone designated as a parent to attend a court will result in a mandatory fine or imprisonment.
