Job centres fail to find out from claimants of Incapacity Benefit what help and support they need to overcome and manage their difficulties.
Many claimants of Incapacity Benefit have never even seen an Employment Adviser.
I suggest that each Job centre employs a Social Worker to keep in touch with those claimants who need extra support.
It is quite wrong for all claimants of Incapacity Benefit to be type cast as shirkers.
For many years, Job Centres have failed to find out what support that claimants need to find work.
