Make British Citizenship Available to foreign spouses of British Citizens irrespective of any other condition after 10 years of marriage. Reason: They have maintained a marriage to their British spouse for a substantial time and have therefore built up a connection to the country, even if the family live abroad (e.g. as charity or other workers).
