We must have a second currency that can be used to give benefits to those who need them WITHOUT them spending it on luxuries that those of us who work hard cannot afford.
This will be done by having selected products that can be bought using this currency. These products would exclude top brands, sky television among other luxuries.
This will mean taxpayer's money will be spent more effectively, as well as encourage those on benefits to work hard to earn pound sterling, which can be spent on luxuries.
