recruitment agencys are taking over most jobs and have large turn overs of staff and most only offer tempory work so no holidays and sick pay have to be paid and the way they treat there clients is horrible its unfair on people with familys as it puts jobseekers of jobs as its casual work and exploiting people who are needed work to live there is hardly any permant work from a direct employer and recruitment agencys are making unemployment higher so they need to be banned and companys should employ direct
