Rejected petition Corporal Punishment to bring back discipline and respect in schools

With respect to the recent rioting and the ever growing disrespect for Police,Teachers and people in general I suggest that discipline can be brought back if Corporal Punishment can be reintroduced into both junior and secondary schools. If we can get enough signatures to start the debate then this would be a start to getting this country back on an even keel and gain back the respect that's due to everyone.
