Petition Compensation seizure from prisoners

Any prisoner who gains compensation while in prison (example, slopping out compensation, or compensation paid because they didn't get the right to vote while in prison) immediately has that compensation seized and the monies are paid directly to the prisoners victim(s) or families of the victim(s). Furthermore, any compensation paid AFTER they are released in respect of their time in prison is also seized and the monies are paid directly to the prisoners victim(s) or families of the victim(s).
