Rejected petition looters to lose own goods

Any looter identified,arrested and charged should have possessions in their home seized by the police (i.e. blackberry's /i-pod's/ televisions/game boys etc.)and only returned when proof of ownership is proved i.e. receipts and bills of purchase.
Any goods without proof of purchase should be auctioned off to help fund people who lost their homes and businesses in the riots.
