Petition Asbo holders to recycle rubbish

Asbos are no longer a deterrent, I call for Asbo holders (and petty offenders) to serve time at the UK's landfill sites sorting through our rubbish selecting items for recycling. Not only would this provide a real deterrent to offenders it would help the environment.
