Presently a percentage of Lottery money is given to good causes. No problem here..
Also any unclaimed winnings are also given to good causes. This seems unfair to the players as the allocation for good causes has already been made. My petition requests that unclaimed winnings should be credited to the next prize fund. The winners can then decide if they wish to contribute to the good causes.
