Clear old petty crimes from 20 years ago and more.
Why should a criminal petty offence eg such as shop lifting as a child still be on a criminal record years later.Scrap these records and give people a second chance surely after 20+ years of not re-offending these records should not be available to potential employers as they say they are not held agaist a potential employee but they are.
