Petition Tax should be optional. I dont want any services from the government, and don't want my earnings being given away to all but the people who deserve it

I haven't seen a penny of British workers taxes being used for something constructive to US. It all goes to other countries, lazy people, immigrants, over paid MP's that I didn't vote for and don't have a brain cell between all of them, or to pay for services that are completely useless either by their own doing or by restraints imposed by the "Government".
I do not understand why the government should be able to "Force" us to pay for these things.
