WE THE UNDERSIGNED WISH THE POLICE LAWS CHANGED WHERE THEY HAVE DUTY TO TAKE ACTION ON GANGS AND ANTI-SOCIAL FAMILIES, AT THIS TIME IT IS FOR THE OFFICERS WHO ARRIVE OR DO NOT WHO SAY WE DEAL OR DO NOT WITH THIS IN A STRONG MANOR, THIS IS NO GOOD TO THE VICTIMS AS PER THE ONES WHO COULD NOT TAKE ANYMORE WITH THE POLICE DOING VERY LITTLE, MAKE THE STREETS SAFE FOR `ALL` ONCE AGAIN, THERE IS VERY LITTLE RESPECT FROM THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE AS THE RIOTS PROVED WITH KILLINGS AND MUGGINGS.
