The High Court says "Scientology is both immoral and socially obnoxious".

Eric Pickles, DCLG Secretary of State, says it should not receive tax relief on business rates.

Yet local councils continue to give Scientology hundreds of thousands of pounds of taxpayers' money each year, in rates relief.

We ask the Government to amend the Local Government Finance Act to prevent large organisations from qualifying for rates relief unless they are UK registered charities, approved by the Charity Commissioners.
