PRISON SHOULD BE A PLACE TO MAKE CRIMINALS LEARN SOME SKILL AND WORK HARD AND PAY FOR THEIR STAY IN PRISON AND HAVE A VERY BASIC LIFE . NO TV OR TEL , AND WHEN THEY GET OUT CONTINUE THAT UNDER SOME SUPER VISION .
DON'T FORGET THEY DID THE CRIME KNOWING IS WRONG SO THEY SHOULD KNOW IT IS PAY BACK TIME.
