Petition Custodial sentences for all child pornography crimes

This purpose of this e-petition is to get the government to change the laws to ensure custodial sentences and the removal of any parental responsibility, where applicable, are applied for anyone charged with child pornography offences - including possession.
Too many people found in possession of 'indecent images of children' are released with a caution - the same punishment handed out to first offenders committing minor crimes such as petty theft or being 'drunk and disorderly' - this has to change!
