Those fit to work who receive benefits should have to work for the community to qualify for benefit payments.

For example they should have to work on local projects such as painting parks, litter picking, graffiti removal, help the elderly & disabled or work in homeless shelters for a number of hours per work to essentially "earn" their benefits.
