In other to save lives, the price of certain essential drugs(like antibiotics, antivirals) and equipment (like syringes, IV giving sets) should be made affordable to third world countries by charging them at cost price only, as the pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies concerned will not otherwise will be making the sales to the third countries concerned anyway.
