Each individual should be allowed to defend themselves , their Family or visiting friends or loved ones within the confines of their own home if they find themselves under attack from any individual unlawfully gaining access to the Premises. The home owner must not provoke or instigate an attack if the criminal leaves the Premises peacefully without any damage to the Owner or Property.
