Petition Increase the price of cigarettes to fund the NHS

Raise the cost of cigarettes to a flat price of £10 per packet (of 20) in order to fund the NHS. People choose to smoke and therefore choose to increase their chances of developing cancer. I don't know what the cost of treating smoking related cancers is to the NHS but i'm sure it's a few hundred million pounds a year. Smokers should pay for this.
