Volunteer Community traffic wardens to be recruited to reduce the number cars being parked illegally by inconsiderate drivers in streets to improve safety for other drivers and pedestrians.
Warden to be given same powers as paid wardens. They will patrol a area in which they live on an ad-hoc basis.
These are needed to assit paid officals who are unable to cope with the demands.
