Transport by bus for commuters into Oxford is a continued problem especially in the South Oxfordshire District Council area, where there are no pavements or cycle paths to use while the rest of the county has introduced proper season tickets, smarcard schemes etc, Arriva has not changed its ways and basically has a monopoly on the 280 and 200 routes, the bus fares are twice as expensive as the rest of the county, there are no zones and only a flat fee for All Zone tickets that no one wants.
